SBSLC 2012 Registration Policy

SBSLC 2012 online registration will be open from September 14, 2011- January 10, 2012.


 

Registration Deadlines:

 

Regular Registration:

 

September 12, 2011- December 14, 2011

 

Registration Fee: $180

 

Late Registration:

 

December 15, 2011- January 10, 2012

 

Registration Fee: $195

 

*Please note that late registrants may not be guaranteed registration for the 2012 conference if maximum capacity is reached before late registration date/deadline.

 

Form of Payment:

 

Online using a credit card. Accepted credit cards include VISA, Master Card, Discovery, and American Express.

 

 

Other forms of Payments - Money Orders, Cashier Checks, University Checks, and Webchecks.

 

Personal Checks WILL NOT be accepted

 

IMPORTANT

 

From the date of registration, payments must be submitted within 3 weeks (business/working days) or else registration WILL be cancelled!!!

 

  • If for any reason payment can not be sent within the required 3 weeks, please email registration at reg.sbslc@gmail.com, or call Brittney Seals, Director of Registration, at (979) 845 - 4565.
  • We are aware that checks cut by universities take a while, but we are more than happy to work with you.
  • Individuals that register late will have until January 20, 2012 to submit payment, or else registration will be terminated.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

 

  • To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to reg.sbslc@gmail.com, or faxed to (979) 862- 2640. Telephone request will not be honored.
  • Refund request received or postmarked by December 20, 2011 will receive 50% of the registration fee.
  • Refund request receive or postmarked by January 10, 2012 will receive 25% of the registration fee.
  • Refund request received or post marked after January 10, 2012 will not be honored.

 

Weather:

 

SBSLC will not be refunding payments made due to weather conditions that may hinder conference attendance, unless a request is received before the above dates. We are aware how unexpected weather conditions may be, but SBSLC still has to cover the cost of your registration even in the event that you can not attend.
