Vendor Fair

The Vendor Fair will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012.

The purpose of the Vendor Fair is to support and uplift minority businesses and non-profit organizations. The Vendor Fair offers participants the opportunity to purchase products sold by the businesses, network with entrepreneurs, and learn about the important issues in the African American community. Each year a variety of different vendors participate in the fair. Products sold include hair products, clothing, candles, body products, shoes, greek apparel, and many more.

The SBSLC staff would like to extend an invitation to you and your company or non-profit organization to be apart of our Vendor Fair. You will have the opportunity to present your product to over 500 distinguished students from all over the country!

**Refund Policy: 50% refund if notified by December 12, 2011.**

ATTENTION:

The 2012 Southwestern Black Student Leadership Conference is quickly approaching. Following the Opening Ceremony held on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at 7:30PM there will be a poetry slam contest. If you want to participate in the poetry slam as a contestant or for more information, please email Chelsea Jackson and Natalie Dunn at Programs.sbslc@yahoo.com with your name, the name of the school you are representing, and a copy of your original piece, either spoken word or poetry. There will be a prize awarded to the winner of the contest!

The deadline for contestants to enter will be December 1, 2011.
