Exhibitor Registration

The SBSLC staff would like to invite your company or institution to participate in our annual Career and Graduate School Fair. We ask your assistance in providing current and future college graduates with various opportunities available within your company or institutions. Any questions or concerns can be directed to our Director of Auxiliary Services at sbslc.auxiliary@gmail.com

Register as an Exhibitor

Steps to complete your Career Fair Exhibitor Registration:

  1. Fill out the Career Fair Exhibitor form.
  2. Submit payment towards your exhibitor level:
    Gold ($750)Silver ($650)Bronze ($550)Educational/Government Agency ($450)

Exhibitor Sponsorship Packages

First Round Deadline: November 15th, 2025
Second Round Deadline: December 13th, 2025

Gold – $750

  • Premium Table Location
  • Social Media Promotion on all of SBSLC media platforms (countdown on IG story and Profile post on IG) 2 weeks before the conference
  • Full Page Advertisement on Conference Booklet
  • Half Page Promotion in the monthly newsletter
  • Listing as Career Fair Sponsor in Conference Booklet
  • Free parking during Career Fair hours
  • Lunch Provided

Silver – $650

  • Premium Table Location
  • Social Media Promotion on all of SBSLC media platforms (countdown on IG story and Profile post on IG) 2 weeks before the conference
  • Half Page Advertisement on Conference Booklet
  • Quarter Page Promotion in the monthly newsletter
  • Listing as Career Fair Sponsor in Conference Booklet
  • Free parking during Career Fair hours

Bronze – $550

  • Social Media Promotion 1 week before the conference on all SBSLC socials

Educational/Governmental Agency – $450
