Vendor Registration

The purpose of the Vendor Fair is to support and uplift Black businesses and non-profit organizations. The Vendor Fair offers participants the opportunity to purchase products sold by the Black vendors and businesses, network with entrepreneurs, and learn about the important issues in the African American community. Each year a variety of different vendors participate in the fair. Products sold include hair and skin care products, clothing, candles, Greek apparel, books, art and much more.

The SBSLC staff would like to extend an invitation to you and your company or non-profit organization to be a part of our Vendor Fair. You will have the opportunity to present your product to over 600 students and advisors from all over the country as well as the Texas A&M University community!

Register for Vendor Fair

  1. Fill out the Career Fair Exhibitor form.
  2. Submit payment towards your vendor level:
    Flame Pack (TAMU STUDENT $80)Black Pack ($115)Red Pack ($125)

Vendor Fair Sponsorship Packages

  • Flame Package (TAMU Student Only) – $80
    • A (1) table provided for set up
    • Website promotion: business will be promoted on the SBSLC website 1 week before the conference.
    • Social Media Promotion: business will be promoted on all of SBSLC’s social media platforms.
    • Slot on Vendor Newsletter to be sent out to participants
    • SBSLC Swag Bag
    • Quarter Page in online booklet
  • Red Package – $125
    • A (1) table provided for set up
    • Website promotion- business will be promoted on the SBSLC website 2 weeks before the conference.
    • Social Media Promotion: business will be promoted on all of SBSLC’s social media platforms. Exclusive countdown on Instagram Profile Post. (1-2 weeks)
    • Slot on Vendor Newsletter to be sent out to participants

    • Half page in the online booklet
    • Newsletter promotion
  • Black Package – $115
    • A (1) table provided for set up
    • Website promotion- business will be promoted on the SBSLC website 1 week before the conference.
    • Social Media Promotion: business will be promoted on all of SBSLC’s social media platforms.

    • Quarter page in the online booklet
    • Newsletter promotion
