Please complete the following steps to register for the 2025-2026 Southwestern Black Student Leadership Conference!
- Pay registration fee through Flywire:TAMU StudentsSystem SchoolOutside Students
- Fill out our registration form (Please fill out only one form!):
- Individual registration form if you are paying for yourself or one individual.
- Group registration form if paying for more than one individual at one time.
- If registering more than one participant, fill out the group registration spreadsheet, containing information about ALL of your group’s participants.

If you register before or on November 5th, you are guaranteed all conference items.
- Regular Registration: September 4th, 2025- November 5th, 2025

Thursday:
- 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Conference Check-In
- 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Opening Ceremony
Friday:
- 8:00 am – 10:00 am: Conference Check-In
- 9:00 am – 10:00 am: Breakfast Speaker
- 10:10 am – 12:00 pm: Workshop Sessions
- 12:15 pm – 2:25 pm: Lunch & Career Fair
- 2:40 pm – 4:30 pm: Concurrent Workshops
- 4:30 pm – 7:15 pm: Conference Break
- 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm: Conference Social
Saturday:
- 9:00 am – 9:45 am: Breakfast
- 9:55 am – 10:45 am: Conference Mixer

Bus Schedule

FAQs
What are the dates and location of the conference?
The conference will be held in College Station, Texas, from January 15, 2026, to January 17, 2026.
What is included in registration for the conference?
Registration covers most meals during the conference, transportation to the conference from the selected hotels (please view recommended hotels above), and conference materials.
What if I cannot pay at the time I register?
The deadline for participants to register for the conference and pay the conference registration fee is December 5th, 2025.
When is the deadline to send all the information to finalize group registration?
The deadline is December 12th, 2025, but to ensure that everything goes smoothly for participants, advisors, and our staff, we ask that you send these as soon as possible.
What if someone registered within our group can no longer make it to the conference?
The student may be replaced with another student who is available.
What is the refund policy?
Payment for the conference is non-refundable under all circumstances.
What if I do not wish to pay by credit card?
Other accepted forms of payment include: money orders, cashier checks, and university checks.
