Vendor Fair

The 2018 SBSLC Vendor Fair will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 8:00am-5:00pm.

The purpose of the Vendor Fair is to support and uplift minority businesses and non-profit organizations. The Vendor Fair offers participants the opportunity to purchase products sold by the businesses, network with entrepreneurs, and learn about the important issues in the African American community. Each year a variety of different vendors participate in the fair. Products sold include hair products, clothing, candles, body products, shoes, greek apparel, and many more.

The SBSLC staff would like to extend an invitation to you and your company or non-profit organization to be a part of our Vendor Fair. You will have the opportunity to present your product to over 500 students and advisors from all over the country as well as the Texas A&M University community!

Important Dates and Fees

July 22, 2017 – December 15, 2017 Regular Registration – $100/Table
December 16, 2017 – January 5, 2018 Late Registration – $125/Table
January 6, 2018 – January 20, 2017 Late Registration** – $150/Table

Vendors are encouraged to submit registration fees within two (2) weeks of online registration. Vendors who have registered prior to the conference but have outstanding balances at the time of conference check-in will sign an agreement to remit payment by an identified deadline before receiving accommodations.
