What are the dates of the conference?

The conference will be held in College Station, Texas from January 16, 2025, to January 18, 2025.

What is included in registration for the conference?

Answer

Registration covers most meals during conference, transportation to conference from the selected hotels (please visit hotel directory) and conference materials. Recommendations for places to stay while in College Station are listed on the website in the Hotel Directory tab under Registration.

What if I cannot pay at the time I register?

Answer

The deadline for participants to register for the conference is December 5th, 2024, and the conference registration fee is due by December 5th, 2024.

When is the deadline to send all the information to finalize group registration?

Answer

 The deadline is December 12th, 2024, but to ensure that everything goes smoothly for participants, advisors, and our staff, we ask that you send these as soon as possible.

What if someone registered within our group can no longer make it to the conference?

Answer

The student may be replaced with another student that is available.

What is the refund policy?

Answer

Payment for the conference is non-refundable under all circumstances.

What if I do not wish to pay by credit card?

Answer

Other accepted forms of payment include: money orders, cashier checks, and university checks.
